Hello, I'm João, with roots in the Algarve and currently living in the Coimbra region.
I am passionate about life and metamorphosis!
I started on the path of awakening because I felt a strong need to connect with something greater that was beyond my understanding.
All the learning acquired has led me to increasingly honor the individual process of each being, and the importance of a deep connection in presence.
I believe that we came to planet Earth to learn how to be human and this takes us back to our essence, to who we really are.
Remembering that we are an extension of each other, the healing of others is also my healing!
I have a very intimate relationship with Cocoa medicine, having made a deep commitment to take this medicine and honor it so that it can create more awakenings, opening the heart in a clear and gentle way.
