FreeAcro Souls - Acroyoga Masters
FreeAcro Souls emerged from a combination of passions between acrobatic gymnastics, dance and yoga, where physical exercise embraces the potential for connection with oneself and with others.
Fusion of souls, developing the capacity for self-knowledge and sensitivity to feel our partner, as well as sharing and promoting this modality were the magical components that moved us to create this project, with the great aim of developing the AcroYogi community in Portugal.
- Training in AcroYoga, Therapeutic Flying and Thai Massage with trainers certified by the AcroYoga Montreal School, for two years.
- Regular AcroYoga classes and workshops since 2016 in Yoga Studios and Dance Schools.
- Members of the organizing team and teachers of the Portugal AcroYoga Festival
- Performers in AcroYoga Dance and Partner Acrobatics exhibitions and shows. AcroYoga FlashMOB project to unite the various groups that already exist in Portugal and to introduce others to the activity, so that in a magical and captivating way it is possible to reach and touch more people.
- Part of the cast of artists of the 2019 Christmas Circus, Circo Mundial Mariani
- Presence in television programs with our AcroYoga performance, representing Circo Mundial Mariani and representing Street Circus Art
- Performers at the Vilamoura Casino and the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Hotel in 2023.
- Resident artists at the Espinho Casino in the Boheme the Show in 2022 and in the Lusitânia Show in 2024.
