Ana Milhazes

Ana Milhazes, born in 1984, is driven by nonconformity and an insatiable passion for new ideas. Passionate about the sea, she cannot imagine living far from it.

With a degree in Sociology, she worked for 10 years in the field of Information Technology, but always felt the need for something more. In 2012, she created a blog about slow living and minimalism, which later became her job.

In 2016, she adopted a zero waste lifestyle and founded the Lixo Zero Portugal movement. After overcoming burnout and depression in 2017, Ana decided to dedicate herself to inspiring changes for a lighter and more sustainable life. Since then, she has given lectures and workshops on these topics and, in 2020, she launched the book "Vida Lixo Zero".

Ana is passionate about Digital Nomadism and the idea of ​​traveling with a positive impact, always keeping sustainability at the center of her life.

She believes that small steps lead to big changes and is ready to help others start their journey.

We will discuss practical strategies for implementing sustainability in our homes, learning how to reduce waste, optimize resources and adopt more conscious practices that promote a more balanced and healthy life.

Additionally, we will dive into the principles of slow living and minimalism, addressing how slowing down and simplifying our lives can increase our quality of life, bringing more focus, calm and purpose to our daily lives.
